Parsons Dance returns to Staller with a program of top-tier technique, exuberance, and emotional range. Founded in 1985 by David Parsons and the late Tony Award-winning lighting designer Howell Binkley, the company has performed in over 30 countries across five continents, bringing the joys of dance to audiences worldwide. Parsons’ signature blend of athleticism and artistry is what truly sets them apart.

A former principal dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company, David Parsons is hailed as “one of the great movers of modern dance” by The New York Times. He has created more than 75 works for the company and received accolades, including the Dance Magazine Award, Capezio ACE Award, and multiple NEA Choreography Fellowships. Parsons Dance continues to innovate with new commissions from rising choreographers while also offering a robust education and outreach program that includes autism-friendly performances, in-school workshops, and open rehearsals.
